Alex Love Earns the CDE® Designation from the Institute of Diversity Certification

New York, NY January 6, 2023 - Alex Love Consulting is pleased to announce that CEO and Lead Consultant Alejandra Love, MPA, CPTD®, has earned the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® credential from the Institute of Diversity Certification.

Earning the CDE® designation means Alejandra 'Alex' Love possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the workplace. IDC's Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® credential indicates excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leadership, and proven abilities to manage DEIB at the board, staff, customer, and supply chain levels. The CDE® is designed to strategically position an organization to remove systemic barriers to equity, align enterprise-wide strategies for inclusion, and transform organizational culture. The credential also challenges executives to align DEIB with organizational goals to progress beyond diverse representation towards thought leadership. To earn the CDE® designation, Alex acquired industry-related experience, proved a mastery of 10 core DEIB competencies by passing a 170-question standardized exam with an 80% or better, and demonstrated skill by submitting a peer-approved professional work. The CDE® process is rigorous and challenging. It produces candidates with a breadth of knowledge that bring significant benefits to their clients, colleagues, and employers.
